Born in London Julia has painted in both watercolour and
oil all her life.
She worked as a family doctor until 2000 and then trained as an
Alexander Technique teacher whilst she also developed her artistic skills.
She learned fine art oil portraiture from Zohar (an internationally
acclaimed London portraitist), and portrait commissions form most of my
oil painting work. She has taught watercolour classes of mixed abilities for
several years, and runs three regular classes at her home.
