Accommodation is available in three luxury cottages. Please

a one bedroom cottage and two with
two bedrooms. They have underfloor heating, Jacuzzi baths, walk-in showers,
fully fitted kitchens, digital TVs
and broadband Wi-Fi.
Cottage Guests may join the regular Power Walking and Nordic
Walking classes during their stay for a small fee,
or book in for personal training.
Weights and Nordic Walking poles are provided, but if you are new to the
discipline
you will need a private lesson
before joining the classes.
Walking is a great way to increase health and fitness, tone
up and trim. There are classes each day of the week.
Group sessions are suitable for
all ages and most abilities, with Wellness classes twice a week specifically
for those
who need to improve or maintain
their fitness with gentle exercise and extra care.
Training
is conducted out of doors on our 2 miles of carefully maintained grass
training tracks, while there is an
indoor facility for personal
training when needed. All the group exercise sessions are fun, effective
and, apart from
a decent pair of training shoes,
there is no need to bring special equipment.

provided. Nordic Walking poles are available for purchase. We offer a free
trial session for Power or Nordic Walking (poles provided) before you sign
up for the programme. A monthly subscripton of just £25 allows you to
participate in any (or all) of the following classes each week. So train
with us more than once a week to keep yourself really fit, and mix your
activity between power walking and Nordic Walking for variety and fun - it
will cost you no more. The low monthly subscription means that even if you
take 6 weeks in the year off from the programme and otherwise join only one
class a week, it will only cost you £6.50
per session - excellent value for these classes, all under the supervision
