TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. In accordance with the following terms Pink Wishes grants you certain
rights and in return you agree to certain obligations. Please read the user
terms carefully as they are a legal document and by your continued use of
the web site you are bound by the user terms. If you are not in agreement
with these terms and do not wish to be bound by them, please exit the web
site and do not use the web site in the future.
2. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: You agree that this agreement, for all
purposes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
You also agree, subject to the following clause, to submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the English Courts as regards any or matter arising under
this agreement.
3. Pink Wishes accepts no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever or
howsoever arising or resulting from your use or reliance on any consent,
material or goods or services available or purchased throughout Pink Wishes
or from any other third party or third party web site linked to this web
site. Any disputes regarding a third party web site shall be directed to the
web site or merchant in question and not Pink Wishes and you acknowledge
that Pink Wishes shall accept no liability in this respect.
4. If you register for any competition or free prize draw on the web site
the “COMPETITION AND FREE PRIZE DRAW RULES” shall also apply.
5. Pink Wishes respects the Copyright of others and our users are required
to do the same. If you wish to copy any content from the web site please
contact Pink Wishes first to obtain permission and to ensure that no
Copyright Laws or Intellectual Property Rights are infringed. If you believe
Pink Wishes has infringed your copyright please contact us immediately.
6. COMPETITION AND FREE PRIZE DRAW RULES:
6.1 To enter any competition or free prize draw on Pink Wishes you must be a
UK resident over the age of 18 years.
6.2 No employee of Pink Wishes may enter any competition or free prize draw.
6.3 Entries must be received by 17.00 hours on the closing date. Winners
will be notified within 72 hours of the closing date.
6.4 Winners will be required to submit their postal details to Pink Wishes
and prizes will be sent within 14 days.
MEMBERSHIP
7. Members must be 18 years or over and resident of
the UK. Membership is for a one year period.
8. Members must not disclose any discount codes to any
third party, these are for strict use by members and members who disclose
such information will have their memberships cancelled and forfeit their
membership fee.
9. In accordance with the conditions with our partner
companies incentives/discounts may be subject to change or
withdrawn at any time. However if A Company
leaves the Membership scheme we will endeavour to replace it with another
Company with similar goods or services.
10 Membership
will run for a full year from date of purchase.
