TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. In accordance with the following terms Pink Wishes grants you certain rights and in return you agree to certain obligations. Please read the user terms carefully as they are a legal document and by your continued use of the web site you are bound by the user terms. If you are not in agreement with these terms and do not wish to be bound by them, please exit the web site and do not use the web site in the future. Please note terms and conditions are subject to change.

2. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: You agree that this agreement, for all purposes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. You also agree, subject to the following clause, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts as regards any or matter arising under this agreement.

3. Pink Wishes accepts no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever arising or resulting from your use or reliance on any consent, material or goods or services available or purchased throughout Pink Wishes or from any other third party or third party web site linked to this web site. Any disputes regarding a third party web site shall be directed to the web site or merchant in question and not Pink Wishes and you acknowledge that Pink Wishes shall accept no liability in this respect.

4. If you register for any free prize draw on the web site the “FREE PRIZE DRAW RULES” shall also apply.

5. Pink Wishes respects the Copyright of others and our users are required to do the same. If you wish to copy any content from the web site please contact Pink Wishes first to obtain permission and to ensure that no Copyright Laws or Intellectual Property Rights are infringed. If you believe Pink Wishes has infringed your copyright please contact us immediately.

6. PRIZE DRAW RULES:
6.1 To enter any prize draw on Pink Wishes you must be over the age of 18 years.
6.2 No employee of Pink Wishes may enter any free prize draw.

6.3 Entries must be received by 17.00 hours on the closing date. Winners will be notified within I week of the closing date.

6.4 You may enter The Find The Star Draw up to five times per day.
6.5 Winners will be required to submit their postal details to Pink Wishes within three weeks, if not received Prize will be drawn again. All  prizes will be sent within 1 month of draw date.

6.6.If for any reason a prize is withdrawn you will be offered its cash value.

 

MEMBERSHIP

7.  Members may order offers or products from the Member Offers page as when they are available.  However we ask that you limit this to one offer/product per month to make it fair to all.

7.1 If you do request a Product we do ask that you cover the cost of postage.

8. Members may send content in for the website.

9. Members can have free advertising for any arts and crafts that they sell from home.

 

REVIEWERS CLUB

10. We will offer you a product every month to review, we need to receive your review within 7 days of receipt of your product.

11. The joining fee coverers P&P at 2nd Class Rate - EXCEPT P&P ON BULKY ITEMS WHICH YOU WILL NEED TO PAY

12. If you order a bulky Item we will let you know how much P&P you will need to pay.

 

SUBSCRIPTION

13. Subscribers must be 18 years or over and resident of the UK. Membership is for a one year period. 

14. Subscribers must not disclose any discount codes to any third party, these are for strict use by members and members who disclose such information will have their memberships cancelled and forfeit their membership fee.

15. In accordance with the conditions with our partner companies Incentives/discounts may be subject to change or withdrawn at any time. However if a Company leaves the Membership/Subscription scheme we will endeavour to replace it with another Company with similar goods or services.

16. As a Subscriber you will be entitled to receive Discounts from all our Discounters for a full year.

17. Subscribers may also pick three products from the Giveaway page at anytime during their years subscription.

18. Subscribers can order Member/Subscriber to Member/Subscriber products as and when they like, but please only order one at a time - to make it fair to all.

19. Subscribers may also send in products for the Subscriber/Subscriber giveaway page, and contents for the Members/Subscribers Section.
