Vibrant Space is the holistic therapy suite at Rhosgadlas; family-run cottages set in a fabulous position overlooking
theTal-y-llyn Lake. Rhosgadlas is in an area of glorious natural beauty, close to the Cadair Idris Mountain Range, Snowdonia National Park.
The Retreat is run by Viv Hinks who is well known in the Aromatherapy world with over 20 years experience. Holistic therapies on offer include Aromatherapy, Hot Stone Massage Treatments, Bowen Technique, Indian Head Massage,
and Reiki.
There is an outdoor hot tub/spa* on-site and all food is freshly prepared vegetarian, using own grown herbs and
organic produce wherever possible.
