Happiness and Stress Management

We may or may not agree with Aristotle, however I think we would agree that we do wish to lead happy lives. The good news is happiness is an art and that art can be learned. By cultivating and developing the art of happiness we can all greatly enrich our lives.
Almost every type of negative feeling is a clue to you that you are missing happiness skills - as these skills are available does it not make sense to develop them. Especially as Billions of pounds are lost every year through ill health - stress is often a. contributing factor.
I developed my happiness skills many years ago, and they have never faltered even during my journey with cancer. I have many years experience and success teaching these skills to people with cancer, celebrities, and professional sportspeople, helping them to lead happier lives. I am now offering my happiness and stress management workshop in the workplace.
The Happiness and Stress Management Workshop is designed to be both informative and fun and includes the following:

Happiness Skills What are the happiness skills based on ancient wisdom, and how to develop them.
How our Thoughts Affect us How changing our thinking can change our feelings.
