Now is the time when women start thinking about the beach and baring their bodies.
Running my own Beauty salon in Mayfair, I am often asked by clients how they can best prepare their bodies for summer, here, I will share with you the benefit of my experience and my 3 top tips:
1. Using a Body scrub is a must! The best way to prepare for a beach
holiday is to start using a body scrub at least 2 weeks in advance.
2. With regard to unwanted hair, waxing should be done two days before the holiday. This will give enough time for the skin to settle down. Getting a Hollywood or Brazilian bikini wax is best and is not painful if your therapist has experience. Some clients also like to have a diamante design done just on bikini line, it’s a very popular summer accessory!
3. Also at this time of year most women want to lose weight in preparation for the summer months. There is a great salon solution for this problem: Eporex, which not only works on weight loss but cellulite as well It is one of the most popular treatments in my salon.
