Breast Changes To Look Out For

               By doing regular checks you will become more familiar with your breasts, you should look out for any of the following

               changes.

Any Change in the size or shape of your breasts one breast may become larger or lower than the other

Breast texture dimpling or puckering of the skin

Appearance or direction of the nipple

Inverted Nipple (turned inward)

Discharge from one or both nipples

Rash or crusting of the nipple or surrounding area

Any lumps in the breast or armpit

Lumpy area or unusual thickening of breast tissue that doesn’t go away after your period Pain in part of the breast

or armpit that is unrelated to your periods

Note any changes to your GP
